Who executive sedan will be easier to maintain?

My favorite is the M3, but not exactly steer a car, and its a bit old, so it could be a problem finding some coins. I recommend you go with the Audi A8 is a great car, good economy, since personal experience is really fun to drive and has great visibility. It looks great and that a car built to last a lifetime, if maintenance is not so difficult. You can not go wrong with it.
