Bass Boat Anchor
I bought an electric anchor for my bass boat. Should I run this out of my deep cycle or starting battery?
Establish a system dual battery with a battery switch. Keep separate starting battery. The other battery should run the other accessories of the vessel, and without wind. Install the wind with the number 6 wire battery cable. Solder all connections. Be at least a 50 amp fuse on the line. Make sure the engine is running whenever you use the wind to send or retrieve the anchor. It will draw much of their intensity. Check the website of Good in Goodwindless.com windless. Good luck.
