Bass Boat Hulls
What is a fair price for a model of 178 ships under Ranger 1979. You trolling motor, 3 batteries at age 1 year, 3 d?
batteries, depth finders, great hull and gel coat, and a 115 hp Johnson motor. Ready to fish
This will not be a popular answer, but was never popular anyway. This is a 30 year old boat (I guess) 30 years old engine. Rangers are a good quality boat, but 30 years is 30 years. By then, the helmet has undergone osmosis (all do), and the wooden structure such as beams and floor supports may have started to deteriorate. The engine, no matter how well maintained, has reached the age where the parties are scarce, and the stores ready to serve an engine of this crop can be difficult to find. Nada Guides around town values $ 1000, depending on the model (there are three model 178s that year), and the engine at $ 85 – $ 100, which is ridiculously low. I would be the value of this package as follows: Boat …….$ 1200 – $ 1500 ……$ Motor trolling motor 350-500 $ ……..? depends on model and accessories olds maybe …….. add a couple hundred from $ If you have a trailer useful to add to the package, add $ 400 – $ 750 I did a quick search and found two packages of similar boat. One was a model 1980 1750, without engine, very roughly $ 400. The other was a 79 model 150hp Merc 178-1990 and some accessories for $ 4900 (that will never sell). You can use this information as you see fit, but remember, the higher the price, because it will take to the sale.
