As the motorcycle equivalent of the SCCA and BMW CCA has amateur sports. in preference something just a beginner can start in. also, I am located in the southeast, where regional clubs
I am sure it is. I know of about 10 in the United Kingdom, but no state party, sorry. A Google search can help you.
