Creating the ultimate vision of Ultimate Success
I've been thinking lately about the importance of a vision clear and convincing you spent a lifetime of challenges and obstacles.
In fact, he invited me to do a little research on some of the most successful people in our society. For example, did you know that:
Einstein • The teacher told his parents he would never nothing.
· Thomas Edison filed for bankruptcy four times.
· Michael Jordan was cut from his high school team basketball.
· A newspaper editor fired Walt Disney for not having good ideas.
· Steven Spielberg was set in a classroom for students with learning disabilities.
· Colonel Sanders spoke to 1005 people before he could find someone willing to try his recipe. This makes his closing report 1005 to one – definitely the worst I've ever seen.
What inspires me about these highly successful people is not only their achievements possible. This is how they have overcome their early failures and move on to achieve great things.
How did they succeed where so many others fail? Because they each had a grand vision and sincere about what they wanted to accomplish. With great vision, there is no such things as permanent failures. There are only temporary setbacks.
Success ultimate is to have a strong vision. For me, a strong vision is all about setting clear objectives. So how can you find your vision ultimate? Try asking yourself some of the following questions:
What Would you have?
Brainstorm wildly with it, and not keep you not. List everything you've always dreamed of having. A new BMW. A trip around the world. Or maybe just a couple of beach houses on Maui. Whatever your desire, write it here.
What do you want to experience?
Perhaps a new culture? Parenthood? Or just pleasure of never having to call other "boss"?
What are you willing to give up?
The realization of what you want is about decisions and management choices, if you ask what you're willing to give up to achieve your goals.
If you want to grow your business by 50% this year, for example, maybe you have to give your customers C-rated. Perhaps you have to give up one hour of sleep a night so you can enter the office and make your sales calls earlier. Or maybe you have to do groups working seven days a week to stay in the office later.
What is your ideal environment?
What is the ideal environment that you want to work and play? What do you do with your time outside of work, or when you get home? Perhaps riding motorcycles, learning to cook or to write a screenplay. Perhaps having children, or spend time with your family. Or it may be as simple than going to the beach, reading trashy novels or watching more movies.
If you look outside during a storm Snow and tears begin to feel good in your eyes, perhaps the ideal place to work and play is Florida or Barbados. On the other hand, if the first snowflake sends you running for your skis, you're probably already in the right place.
What are you thankful?
Record where you are today, and compare it to where you were two, three, five or even 10 years ago. Note the differences Celebrate your successes – and decide to change things in your life that you are not satisfied.
How long do you live – and when would you retire?
What do you do after retirement? What do you seek? And if you end up living ten years longer than expected What will you do with your time then?
Besides, why wait? There on your wish list of retirement, you can start making now?

When answering these questions, be sure to spend some uninterrupted time for reflection. It could be a plane or train, the weekend before the fire or while you're on vacation. Ideally, you should choose a place that is both comfortable and stimulating. But anywhere in your reasoning, do not develop your vision few cases. After all, as U.S. Senator Conrad Burns reminds us:
"In life you are given two ends, to think with and one to sit. Your success in life depends on the end you use the most. Heads you win, tails you lose ".
Once you have the answers to these questions, surround yourself with people who will help you realize your vision. My father always said – Colleen, if you want to be rich, the study of people who are already rich. Similarly, you can more easily achieve your vision if you associate with people who already live there. This is the concept of congruence of behavior that I discussed my blog on December 3, 2006 – you can learn more about it at http://colleenfrancis.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html.
Of course, things change over time, so be sure to review your answers at least once a year to ensure that your vision stays up to date with your lifestyle and what you have done. It is good for your vision to be dynamic, just as long as this does not change is your commitment.
Regardless of any change Short term occurring in your life, however, you may be surprised to find that your vision with difficulty to any changes. If you answer the questions above as honestly as you can, what you see today will probably be very similar to the vision you create five years, because they both come from your basic hopes, dreams and values.
Congratulations to take the necessary steps for a successful 2007 and beyond. Feeling not send me your vision and goals for the year. I will gladly hold you responsible for achieving them?
