Does the viscosity of the oil in a car accident when the car is driven only 15 miles in 3 months?
My brother has a car maintained in perfect condition. It takes only 15 miles drive every 3 months. It has not changed the oil in two years and is still unclear. I said that should change are the cause of the viscosity is down. He claims that since the car is driven only 15 miles in 3 months and keeps in his garage and the oil is still gold there is no need to change? Does right?
If left the meeting of petrol on a shelf for a year and went to look, or put in your tank? Would the same as it was when put it there? I say no, it would fall over time as oil and other hydrocarbons. The oil should still be changed, regardless of whether it is justified or not.
