Through PayPal under 18?
I have a friend who has registered with PayPal (which is less than 18) and used his debit card. Everything worked well for him, so I wondered if I could do similar. I guess as I do NOT attempt to purchase alcohol / knives, etc. and use the account only for the purpose buy on eBay that will not do much, and there are no funds in the account if no lockout. When Paypal finally figures that your friend is under 18 years, to freeze your account and ban him PayPal permanently. It is always long.
