EBay: What reaction should give?
I bought a jumper on eBay recently. He arrived on time but was 2 sizes larger that in the list. I emailed the seller to inform him of the scale was wrong and got a very strong response when there were no excuses and offered no to reimburse me (it was only cheap, but this is not the subject). The excuse was that his rider equipped size (like me) then mentioned that the size rather than the size it really was. I said I was too big for me and I will sell or give to a friend who is not worth the trouble to return and have not even responded with an apology! It was also covered with dog hair! What commentators think I should give? I've never left negative feedback before you think it is justified in this case? Or is neutral for the better? I feel a little guilty, but the service was shit – if it had been me, I was very sorry and offered an immediate refund. He was listed as a size 8, but the label is 12
Negative, no doubt. You also have the right to file a complaint with eBay and the issue was not as described. If he wins the trial, which very you probably get your money
