How many miles from a diesel engine last?
Looking to buy a car for work and found a 1994 Chevy twin-engine diesel with 240,000 miles on it. They are asking $ 6000 and I've heard that diesel engines forever if I wanted some expert advice! Ohh yes I get to driving the truck to coal mines and live in an area with lots of snow and mountains. Thanks
It really depends on the history of vehicle ownership and maintenance. GM diesel engines have been known to go for a while, as mentioned above …. One is worth noting the increased cost of operation. Everything costs money, with a diesel engine. By example … If you have your car broken fuel, simply put more .. If you run a diesel engine in the mid 90 fuel models, is now regarded in the least few hundreds of dollars to re-prime the nozzles (one hundred pieces of cool if you do it yourself), just an example and something to think about the extent where the property … Also at 200k + can not be issued a series of unsupported … It could be the reason why they are selling, eh?
