What does “FLSTC” in FLSTC softail mean?
I just bought a 2008 HD FLSTC Heritage Softail, and no one can explain what the FLSTC means in the bike name. Anyone out there who knows??
FLSTC is the model designation for the Heritage Softail Classic. The model ID code is the 5th and 6th digits of the VIN number found on the neck of the frame. FL designates the style of frame, some Softails use the FX frame instead. ST stands for Softail, and the letter on the end designates which Softail you’re looking at.
