2004 Ford Explorer (limited) the engine dies while driving?

Only one engine suddenly cut into the time (once a year) when I'm driving over 2 hours. I restarted the engine, which works perfectly. There is no warning, just quit. I experience a life threatening danger when this happens. I bring my car to Ford dealership. Ford mechanical control of the car about 2 hours, said: "I do not know what is the problem" What I do? I think that Ford Motor Company is responsible for this type of security problem.
