2004 Ford Mustang Convertible 40th birthday treat good?

Is this a good idea to buy a 2004 V6 Ford Mustang Convertible 40th Anniversary 3.9 12k even including all taxes, title etc leather 40k miles? What is the difference in the base model V6 and the 40th anniversary. Please Please help, can might buy tomorrow. I thought the V6 in 2004 was a 3:08 I wrong?

Many Mustangs 2004 40th Anniversary badging, but all are special Mustang 40th Anniversary Edition! The Red Special Edition models only available in black, white and purple. They have body-color mirrors (such as the Cobra 03-04). They have gold bell and lateral stripes, and wheels of gold in the same color.
