I am thinking of buying a car its a 1999 Ford Mustang it has 100142 miles on it I’ve never owned one?

I am thinking of buying a car its a 1999 Ford Mustang it has 100142 miles on it I’ve never owned one before and I’m a little hesitant because of the mileage over all the car is in excellent shape its loaded and wasn’t used much except for local driving but will the car last say for 4 or more years ? he wants a little over what Kelly blue book recommends its worth but the price is negotiable

Ford Mustang (Fourth Generation) $95.59 For 1994, the Mustang underwent its first major redesign in fifteen years. The design, code named SN95 by Ford, was based on an updated version of the Fox platform.
