I dont know rats *** about cars and i think it’s a bad idea.
So here’s the thing, my boyfriend wants to get a 2011 mustang gt specs for his 16th birthday, i pretty much think it’s a stupid, dangerous idea. He cant handle that kind of power, he will abuse the car i know that for sure..im trying to talk some sense into him but he’s not having it..should I go talk to his parents about it. This concerns me also, because im going to be driving on the same road as him=
If you honestly don’t trust him with this power, talk to his parent’s, their the one’s who have to sign off on the papers. And for a first car? No way, most people aren’t fortunate enough to own a car as it is, I would start off with something that he can build up/customize to his personal standards, something he can show off and be proud enough of to call his “baby”, next to you of course, haha. But a new car + a reckless driver = lot’s of money blown out the window in the event of an accident. Just talk to his parents and voice your concerns, and always wear a seatbelt please.
