What parts of a Harley are American made and what parts come from elsewhere? I know the Carbies and from Japan, the wheels are from Australia, can anyone tell me how much of a Harley is U.S.A?
Harley-Davidson are 87% u.s. made parts! assembly in Milwaukee,York,Pa. and Kansas City,Kn. the engines a made in a plant in Wisconsin city I don’t recall, tires and some brake parts are made in Canada and Italy respectively..alot of the accesories are made in Taiwan, and Korea. and of course after market parts come from all over…
now then a lot of foriegn manufatures are building their bikes here Honda,Kawasaki, BMW, etc… but most of what they assemble come from thier homelands. Japan, Germany etc.
