Honda Motorcycle Oem Parts

What kind of gauges does a Honda CB 1000 “Big One” take?
I have a 1994 Honda CB 1000 “Big One” motorcycle. I got it salvaged, and it did not come with any gauges, namely speedometer, tachometer, oil temp, and gas gauge. I found an after market product here: http://www.electrosport.com/street/speedometers.php
Would these work, or do I need to track down OEM parts? Do 1990 Honda’s use electrical or cable to determine gauge…stuff.
If you look over the bike, you will see what it needs. A mechanical tachometer would likely have a drive coming out of the camshaft cover. A mechanical speedometer would have a cable going either to the front wheel hub or to the output of the transmission.
I would suggest your first step would be to get a factory manual. It was not a particularly popular model, so there may not be a Haynes manual for it, which would be less expensive.
