I was going to get a inflatable Pontoon to fish with and i was going to get an electric kicker for when i do fish can anyone tell me if i need a license for that or if i need to do anything else for to make this eagle i am 15 years of age and live in northern NJ. Thanks
I can give you a partial answer. Yes you would need a license. But you may also need an adult along. Also the motor on the pontoon boat would make it a motorized and must be registered.
