What is the difference between a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Sahara and X?
About to buy a 4-door Wrangler, and I'm not sure if the Rubicon is what I need – I like outdoor sports. Want to opt for off-road, etc.
Besides the composition, the differences are mainly Ruby axes Dana 44 front and rear with 4.10 gears and "locked" Transfercase NP231 + reduction of 4.0. Sahara: Dana 30 front and rear D44 with 3.73 gears. Stock Transfercase. X: Dana 30 front and D35 rear axle with 3.73 gears. Transfercase stock. Need confirmation on the gears for X and Sahara. Could be 3.50 or less with the 4 cylinder engine.
