how to align timing gear on a 2000 Kawasaki prairie 300 Atv?

I do small engine repair but just don’t have a manual on this machine, plus looking for valve Clarence

L crankcase cover – remove the inspection cap on the top (round plug with a slot).
Piston TDC – line up the timing mark on the flywheel, with the center of that hole.
Cam sprocket dowel pin @ 12:00

Intake .08 – .13mm
Exhaust .15 – .20mm
