Loaded Warranty

I am under warranty and Dell's operating system has failed, is used to cover the costs of data mining?

My operating system is not loaded so I can not access my computer or any other document. I'm still under warranty from Dell, but they say to contact a 3rd party to recover data. Dell should not do this from your computer not me, not my fault? What can I do?

Im not sure what their policy is to recover data, but probably will not like they said. Since your hard drive for 3rd party data recovery is expensive suppliers. However, there is a way you can recover your data to get a company to do so. That does not reflect its only operating system that is not the drive itself. if the hard drive is physically damaged, im sorry to say that their data is lost unless you're willing to pay a 3rd party company. You have 3 options that come to mind yet. 2 you can be free and one can cost $ 20 – $ 50. Method 1) Set your startup problem with an installation CD of Windows (Assuming you have Windows). Since I was a computer manufactured, probably not have one. borrow one from a friend or call Microsoft and ask them to send one. Could be different things that cause boot problems. Master Boot Record, registry corruption / missing startup files, corrupt or damaged sectors on the disk where the boot files, etc. This site shows you how to solve these problems, the Windows CD. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/operatingsystems/ss/instxprepair1.htm Method 2) Remove the hard drive of your computer and turn it into another computer. Start the computer and save all your files on an external drive or a DVD. Put the new hard disk on your model and reinstall Windows. If you do not feel comfortable this way, or if you can not find a draft that is compatible with the particular unit. try the following. Method 3) Buy a box of hard disk. Allow your hard drive in an adapter that lets you connect the drive to a computer via USB. You can then connect your hard disk to another computer through a USB port and save files this way.
