Question on the rating process.?
I will market my property, but I've always been an agent of a buyer @ century 21 and has never been a listing agent … Although I know that MLS "What to do with someone can tell me if I'm missing something .. Talk to another agent or from your broker after completing the sale agreement and other forms. Ask someone to see the full documentation before the MLS. Make sure you have all required documents and that's fine. Also ask about how things are typically in the office. Take notes.
