What size motor will power an air boat?

I have a 12′ flat bottom aluminum punt style boat and want to turn it into an air boat. I have a 26 hp ONAN reefer motor of a transport truck cooling unit. It is a gas powered twin cylinder with centrifugal clutch/ double pully. Also any thoughts about prop size or where I can obtain one.
