Dual Monitor Help to learn?

What I'm trying to do is to launch a video on my second monitor (TV) and have the guard screen running on my primary monitor (laptop). What should I do? I'm running to the TV via HDMI if you have some relevance.

Are they clones or television is an extended desktop? If it is a clone, it automatically (but the screen protector is shown on TV, too) – If it's an extension, should do it automatically (if not using the laptop computer)
