How to remove the seats from a GMC Jimmy 2001?

I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy 4D and I decided to give everything inside my car shampoo. There was juice, soda, water, alcohol and other liquid spills inside. I want to give a super clean inside before being fixed. Can anyone give me a good detailed steps on how remove the seats so you can give the best possible cleaning. Thanks

The best idea is to wait until his truck is repaired. Just get all dirty in the shop or repair. As for the removal of the seat, each seat has screws in the corners to get them out of the runway where glide adjustments. Remove the seats set directly from the ground.
