Spd Loaded

Overclock? RAM? or motherboard problem? Plsss. Help!?

My custom PC startup, you must activate it repeatedly until it stars above! When launched, it says overclocking failed! press F1 to enter setup. press F2 to load default. then 1 beep! I tried to reset all CMOS DRAM SPD time I tried to take the CMOS of the motherboard! If the default DRAM Restore, how can I fix it? I use P5GL-MX Motherboard ASUS Windows XP CPU 2.66GHz 248MB of RAM I've only had 1 RAM PC3200 (200Mhz)

Try resetting the BIOS by removing the battery on your motherboard.
