whats a few mods that I do for my 92 Subaru SVX for $ 1000 I want to be fast and look good and the results?

For $ 1000 that would make the suspension and tires. A good set of springs and stabilizer bars, some really shake things up and make the car look better a little more. Also a good set of tires. These modifications make the car faster around a track or in the mountains than any other mods screw. If you are looking for something, in the sense of an intake or exhaust, better sounding car in May, but not really add any significant benefit to make it faster.
