Cost of extended warranty in 2003 MINI Cooper S?

I look at a 2003 Mini Cooper S (Manual), with about 84K miles on it, making it the original factory warranty. Does anyone know how much it would cost to put it back under warranty (with mini preferred). Would guarantee reasonable or unnecessary? Also is listed for $ 16,000. which has the premium package (sunroof, leather, Premium Sound range, spoiler) and sports package. What would a reasonable price for the best buy? (do not tell me to go to Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds) Thanks!
