how much gas mileage do classic V8 cars get?
anywhere from 1968-1979 is good.
im considering buying one, but dont know how much mileage they get. any other related info about cars from this period, is also welcomed.
Depending on what size V-8 you get , some of the small block V-8′s can get as much as 16-18mpg’s , but most of the ones that i had were in the 8-10mpg’s ( most of them had a little modification) it also depend on if you have a 2 or 4 barrel carb , how big the jets in the carb are, there really are to many factors to give you a straight answer.Sorry
