Superfeet inserts and working out?
My question is regarding the superfeet shoe inserts. I use the green superfeet inserts in my sneakers. I was wondering if these are strong enough to handle heavy weight training sessions. For instance, I squat roughly 280 lbs, which plus my weight is 420 lbs of total weight on the insert. Will this wear out, our compress the insert? Or make the insert less effective? I am trying to decide whether or not it is worth it to order a custom pair of carbon fiber nserts from the doc ($500, but are designed for athletes, and sports use) or just continue to use the superfeet inserts (which I have been replacing roughly every 3 – 4 months for the last year or so).
Any info that can be provided would be much appreciated.
