Moving to California and vehicle registration?
I think to go to CA and want to know about CA emissions tests. I have a Honda Civic 2008 ULEV (not hybrids), we bought a new 2001 Toyota Highlander. I'm very concerned about the civic values pass the test of fog, but I have some concerns about the Highlands. Has anyone seen a mountain of State or an old car? The last thing I would do is bring the car to AC and can not save them. Thanks for any help!
For smog certs, 08 is good, the 01 was needed a serial number. The evidence here is every 2 years. If the Civic has less than 4000 miles (I think), AC must also collect sales taxes.
