Used Cars Lots In Chicago

Please help!!! I can’t decide if I should move to Philadelphia or Chicago?
I need to move to one of these two cities by September1st and I simply can’t decide which one. I love Chicago because it’s a world class city, it’s clean, amazing shopping, the people overall are friendly with a midwest mentality, and the summers are awesome. The downfalls are
1) freeezing winters (colder than Philly)
2) extremely expensive
3) Can’t really use my car in the city b/c parking is too expensive
4) outside of Chicago, there’s not much else
I like Philly because it’s more centralized (closer to NY, DC, Boston, and Pittsburgh), less expensive than Chicago but still an urban, metropolitan city. The downsides are:
1) overall, it’s not half as clean as Chicago
2) Lots of crime (have to be very careful about going into certain areas)
3) The people are not as friendly as they are in the midwest
4) Not as pretty as Chicago
Which city should I move to????
I would just challenge some of your points.
I know Chicago has some areas that you need to be careful about. Any large city does. Philadelphia also has amazing shopping, not to mention world class restaurants.
If you have a job offer in both places, take the job offer which you think you’ll like better. You spend too much time working and since you seem to be torn between both places, take the better job.
