Used Cars Vw Jetta
Which used car is better for 18 yr old girl–2001 Acura MDX or 2001 Jetta VW? Both well maintained.?
I need to keep one for my teenager. The Acura has 115,000 miles, the Jetta has 85,000. Both have had extensive maintenance this past year. Which one is more reliable? She will be off to college next fall about 90 minutes from home.
The Acura will easily last 300,000 miles.
The Jetta would last 175,000-200,000 depending on how well it was taken care of.
But Acura is a premium luxury brand. Standard leather, power everything, powerful V6 engine, AWD, Premium gas only.
The Jetta is a much better first car. Much better on gas and much chaper to own and maintain and insure.
