Used Cars Youngstown Ohio

Should I keep a car in the garage of a house I own?
I have properties in a part of Ohio (Warren/Youngstown) and I’m considering keeping a car in a garage to use whenever I come to visit. The houses will be rented and so they will not be abandoned. Another x factor is the car I use may be from the 1940s.
2 bad ideas in one, here’s why. 1) a car should never be left for more than a couple weeks without being started, oil starts to seep carbon builds up in pistons, etc, not to mention flat spots on tires, to properly leave a car for a couple months, you need to remove the wheels, put it on blocks, and remove all the fluids from the engine, ESPECIALLY if it’s a 1940′s era car. 2) If you’re leaving a valuable car like that in a house you’re renting out, if the tenants damage it, it’s your fault and there’s nothing you can do about it. Not to mention you can’t actually leave your own stuff in a rented unit, because state law basically says while a tenant is renting the place is legally theirs as long as they are current on rent, once they’re in default then it becomes yours and you can evict.

Youngstown Playhouse $70.1 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The Youngstown Playhouse, based in the former industrial center of Youngstown, Ohio, is one of the nations oldest and most respected community theaters. The Youngstown Playhouse traces its origins to February 16, 1927, when several local drama organizations formed a single organization called the Youngstown Players. With the support of local civic leaders, the group eventually secured its own building. The Youngstown Playhouse was initially housed in a renovated 19thcentury barn. In 1940, supporters of the Playhouse raised 30,000 to build a new facility. Instead, the money was used to renovate a vacant movie house for live theater. Two years later, the Playhouse christened its new location with a production of Camille of Roaring Camp. Author: Surhone, Lambert M./ Tennoe, Mariam T./ Henssonow, Susan F.
