1995 Yamaha Wave Venture?

I’m interested in buying a jet ski, someone my dad knows is selling a 1995 Yamaha Wave Venture, it only has 44 hours of riding time. The guys always serviced it, and it looks brand new (i.e. routine oil changes stuff like that) He’s asking 3,500 for it….is this a good deal? Or should we ask to come down on the price?

$3500 is too much. I picked up last week for $1200 with trailer. I would say the ski is 9 out of 10 cosmetically and 10 mechanically. I took it out 3 days after I bought it for a test drive and it was awsome….loved it.

There are overpirced jetski’s in the market because of the demand and there are prices that sales below or at the right price. I have been looking for jetski’s for the last 2 years. Now I own 3 and they were all priced well with patience. You can go to nada.org or kbb.com to get a guideline on pricing.

For that year jetski…I would pay no more than $2k with trailer.
