White Gray

How is it, Everytime I run my. Java Files for more like 5 + hours of my computer turns gray / white lines?

I'm going to I like files over several hours, after a few hours later in a couple of my team in a state where I can do nothing. Just gray / white shown the vertical lines and only have to do is turn off my computer and restart. Any ideas on what happening and how to stop, I have an eMachines computer, running Vista (HD Monitor: D).

May is possible that running Java programs have a bug that is causing the code is not memory cleam (collection garbage) of fairly common.
