New Wrangler JK rattle noise?

Well, I just received my Wrangler and yesterday took the roof if I can remove the driver Sun Soft Top, because it bothered me in the chest area and there was no room in the boot and things difficult, plus I have no need for the winter. I followed the instructions perfectly and took the hard top with my friends, and then removed the hood Sun bridge I installed the hard top back. Now I hear a rattlesnake in the trunk and found that comes through the back door in the trunk. Every time I pass by a bump my trunk is a rattle, and that has to do with a locked door and the receiver tried to put the tape on the receiver was left a bit but always rattle. And I do not know if I installed the ceiling if I'm wrong or sick, but my ears are clogged, so I'm Driving? This has never happened any of you and advice on everything that would be helpful I have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 09-Nick (proud new owner Jeep)
