Does the Total Gym XLS Really Work?
Im 14 years old, approximately 280 pounds. I am very fat. My parents spent almost $ 200 more on the exercise machines that work. My mother bought me a Tony Little Gazelle, Shaun T Hip Hop AB, and did not work. I recently purchased the Ab Circle Pro, and then 8 days, while the left side of the circle is broken into pieces, my two knee foam memory are cracked, and the left wheel was flat. I'm pretty sure my parents get sick and tired of spending money on equipment that does not work. I really want to know if the XLS Total Gym only really works? I need something faster than at least 230 pounds to me. August because I'm spending blocker, to linebacker this year. Please give me your opinion, really appreciate it. Thank you! 
I have an old version of Total Gym. It's great for toning muscles. I do not think I can do a cardio work-over. It's really up to what you need. If you will lift weights with your football team, then I would not get the Total Gym would be redundant. Even then, a set of weights may be sufficient. Also, if you is seeking weight loss, then cardio is probably what you need. To do this, you should buy a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, or a series of sneakers just fine if you can run outside.
